Extraordinary soul songstress and phenomenal songwriterMay. K is notably one of the best modern female Blues performers of our time. Born and raised in Gary, Indiana, two streets over from the late great Michael Jackson,May. K was introduced to music at a very early age. At the age of 7, she began singing in the choir at Triumph, The Church and Kingdom of God and Christ. At the age of 11, May. K became the youngest choir director in the history of the Triumph church. In her early twenties, May. K decided to pursue her music career full-time. Her musical style can be best described as a balanced mix of Blues, R&B, Soul, and Funk.Recognized by her peers and masters in her field,as a bright star on the rise, She has shared the stage with members of the fabulous Kings of Gary to Chicago’s finest, Fred Johnson and the Checkmates, Killer Ray and the Blues Band, Mr. Doug McDonald and the Blue Mirror Band, blues legends, Billy Branch, and Ko Ko Taylor.May. K has toured the United States and has performed live in Louisville and Lexington, Kentucky, Dallas, Texas, Gary, Indiana, Indianapolis, Miami, Florida, Las Vegas, Nevada, and Chicago, Illinois. In Chicago, her most notable performances include performing live at the Buddy Guy’s Legends Nightclub, The Chicago Legend Theater, Jazz Club, and Chicago’s/B.B. Kings’ s House of Blues.In 2016, May. K was accepted to Paramount.Song, ‘The Nashville Connection for Songwriters Worldwide’ in Nashville, Tennessee. She has been featured in The Region Newspaper, the Post Tribune, and on 88.7 FM with Clearance Stevens and Fred Williams (The Hammer).May. K’s first studio album, entitled: “Uncut” [10/13/18], focuses on the intricacies of unrequited love, the struggles of life, the process of self-discovery, and the road to healing.

Award-winning, Larmaya Kilgore is a forensic speech and debate state champion and national orator qualifier. Through her passions of writing, speech, and debate, especially dramatic interpretation, she discovered the need for diverse representation in the performing arts realm. Larmaya, who began her unique and creative journey as a child prodigy, staying true to her path, has become an epic pillar of strength in the Las Vegas community. At the very young age of 9, Larmaya was featured in the Post Tribune as an avid writer, who started writing poetry at five years old. Her mother, Amaya Kilgore, recognized her daughter’s talents very early on and was always there to support and foster Larmaya’s interests in literature and creative writing. With her mother’s encouragement and her own steadfast determination and focus, Kilgore became a first-generation college student on the dean’s list since freshman year, recognized by the University of Nevada Las Vegas as an outstanding UNLV graduate. During her years at UNLV, Larmaya maintained a stellar GPA all the while working with official government agencies to develop programs and recruit and train community leaders to serve at-risk and incarcerated youth through outreach initiatives, and participatory arts based strategies and methodologies. Larmaya’s impressive resume includes: City of Las Vegas Parks, Recreation and Neighborhood Services; Las Vegas Office under the direction of Senator Reid; Department of Juvenile Justice Services; City of Las Vegas Municipal Courts, Alternative Sentencing & Education Department; Nevada Partners Incorporated- Youth Development Department; Clark County – Department of Family Services, Las Vegas Library District, etcetera.

Breanna McCallum is the Senior Production Program Coordinator for May. K Productions. McCallum manages the day-to-day operations of the production company and facilitates the elements needed for the successful execution all May. K live productions. McCallum earned her BFA in Theatre, with a concentration in Stage & Screen Acting from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. McCallum brings over 10 years of production/stage management experience. She has appeared in several theatre productions that have been recognized by various newspapers, news stations, and articles. McCallum has taken leadership role in a number of productions on and off screen.

Marquan Thomas is the Senior Information Technology Director for May. K Productions. Thomas provides leadership for the continued development of an innovative and secure information technology platform for the production company. At May.K Productions, he oversees the information services as well as sets IT direction and coordinates infrastructure and service delivery .Thomas brings over 10 years of experience in the field of information technology and has a diverse background in both commercial and corporate setting, with extensive experience in IT management, IT sales, and telecommunications.

Previously, Thomas served as the IT Area Lead for nationwide company, My Peak Wireless. Additionally, he was the Store Manager for Wireless & Beyond. At Wireless & Beyond, he led the transformation of skyrocketing growth sales by simply revamping the company’s online marketing strategies. Thomas has spent over a decade and a half investing in the field of Information Technology, holding several lead and management positions. Thomas has a proven IT management track record and over 10 years of experience driving sales growth in the technology industry
